Glasgow based Event Management Company, EMS, whose founder Emma Lynch has over 18 years’ experience within Event Management, Project Management and Event Production and has delivered some of Scotland’s most prestigious events such as Olympic Torch Relay, World Youth Netball Championships and award winning 2015 World Gymnastics Championships and many more. Our projects and collaborators include the Kiltwalk, British Cycling, Scottish Netball and Scottish Curling.

Relax. EMS take the drama out of the finer details. From travel arrangements to event schedules – we’ll provide you with a meticulously organised delivery plan and installation. From buses to containers, marquees to fencing, gantries to toilets EMS will manage any of your event logistics. We also offer site management, managing contractors, build and de-rig.

We originally approached EMS to act as our local operations manager for the UCI Track World Cup in Glasgow, a role in which Emma exceeded expectations from the outset through not only huge attention to detail but also her outstanding people management skills and range of contacts. It soon became apparent that we weren’t utilising her enough and following some staffing changes Emma demonstrated great flexibility to take on the role of Hospitality Manager, delivering an exceptional service that received critical acclaim. Event Management Solutions delivered all of the operational aspects of Let's Eat Glasgow! 2016, a food festival involving: 14 pop-up restaurants; 50 producer stalls and livestock including hatching chicks, pigs and a highland cow! Emma and her team managed all aspects of licensing and dealing with the relevant authorities in additions to operational aspects of the Festival.
